During my tenure at Grosse-Hornke, I had the opportunity to engage in a variety of challenging and innovative projects. My role involved significant contributions to the development and implementation of advanced technological solutions, particularly in the realms of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Data Science, and Single Sign-On (SSO) systems.

Key Responsibilities and Projects

1. Support in Conceptualizing a New IAM Tool for External Clients

  • Objective: Assist in the development of a new IAM tool, including market analysis and communication with potential providers.
  • Tasks:
    • Played a key role in the conceptualization and design of an Identity and Access Management tool tailored for external clients.
    • Conducted comprehensive market research and analysis.
    • Facilitated communication and negotiations with potential service providers.

2. Planning, Leading, and Implementing a Data Science Solution for a DAX 40 Company

  • Objective: Lead the development and implementation of a Data Science solution analyzing global project data using Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) models.
  • Tasks:
    • Directed the planning and execution of a Data Science project.
    • Developed and applied ML and DL models to analyze vast datasets, providing a foundation for strategic decision-making.
    • Collaborated closely with different stakeholders to ensure the project’s success.

3. Technical Lead in a Single Sign-On (SSO) Replacement Project

  • Objective: Oversee the transition to a new authorization management system for approximately 1000 internal employees.
  • Tasks:
    • Responsible for the conceptualization and implementation of a new SSO system.
    • Managed client communications, ensuring their needs and expectations were met.
    • Defined technical requirements and oversaw the project’s execution.

Skills and Technologies

  • IAM & SSO Systems: Gained extensive experience in Identity and Access Management and Single Sign-On systems.
  • Data Science & Analytics: Developed proficiency in applying Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques for data analysis.
  • Project Leadership: Demonstrated strong leadership in managing large-scale, technically complex projects.
